Contact UsOur Juniors Jiu Jitsu program builds a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while encouraging discipline, confidence, and personal growth. Designed for pre-teens and teens, classes introduce core jiu jitsu positions, controlled partner drills, and situational training in a safe and supportive environment. Students learn both top and bottom perspectives of jiu jitsu while developing focus, resilience, and respect—preparing them for continued training as they grow.

This free introductory class is designed for complete beginners with no prior jiu jitsu or martial arts experience. You’ll learn the fundamental movements that form the foundation of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including safe breakfalls to protect your head, basic shrimping and forward shrimping for movement on the ground, and an introduction to the guard position. We’ll also cover how to retain guard when you’re on the bottom and how to safely stand back up with awareness and control. This class is focused on safety, confidence, and having fun while learning the basics.

Designed specifically for new practitioners, this program walks you through the core fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu so you understand how the art works as a whole. Each week focuses on the main positions of jiu jitsu from both top and bottom perspectives, helping you build confidence and positional awareness. Our Kids Jiu Jitsu program is designed to introduce children to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a safe, fun, and structured environment.
